J H Lynch and other Fun Characters

J H Lynch is most famous for his glamorous 'Tina' print which recently has become more and more collectible. I found my very own Tina many moons ago when my brother rented a flat above a shop and tucked away in a cupboard there she was!  I took her home and she has hung at the top of my stairs ever since.  Unfortunately I can't show you her as she is currently in hiding while Casa de Misty is being remodelled (keep an eye for blog posts to come on this!) but here is one from the fabulous Pinapple Ice Bucket for a reasonably priced £65.

Obviously can't do a blog on super retro prints without mentioning the amazzing Tretchikoff, a favourite of the Hemmingways and very hard to find!  Love the Green Lady:

But my ultimate find would be a Miss Wong:

Another favourite of mine is the Van Der Syde print 'Nina', who like Tina, is packed away safe from her usual place in my living room, but can be spotted in this still from Stanley Kubriks uber stylish 'Clockwork Orange':

Eager eyes may spot she is sharing wall space with another one of J H Lynch's glamorous ladies, entitled 'Autumn Leaves' she is quite rare.  This very night one has sold for a mega £71 on ebay!  Or if you love it, you could buy one, with original frame, from Misty's for the bargain price of £38:
